Where we deliver
We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates may change for future orders. The shipping charge shown and accepted at checkout applies to your order. Orders already placed will not be charged extra if our shipping rates later change.
Dispatch time
We aim to dispatch orders within two to three business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated carrier delivery times begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed.
Address accuracy
Check your address before ordering. Contact us immediately if it needs changing. We may be unable to redirect an order after dispatch.
Tracking and delays
Tracking details are supplied when your order is dispatched. If tracking stalls or the order has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Returns and problems
We will make it right
Damaged, incorrect or misdescribed cards
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the card and packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we assess the issue.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with automatic consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy. For a major problem, the customer generally chooses a refund or replacement.
Return postage
Contact us before returning a card. If we confirm that the product has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs. Keep your postage receipt.
Change of mind
You may cancel your order for a full refund, including any shipping charge, before it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at support@tcgfinder.com.au with your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
